Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TalentZ Global Ltd. (company registered in England & Wales; registered office: Unit 7 Chelsea Wharf, 15 Lots Road, London, SW10 0QJ), trading as SlideLobster ("SlideLobster", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the SlideLobster website, web app, TV display experience, and any related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

SlideLobster lets you build and run live digital displays — slides, widgets, social feeds, calendar events and more — on TVs in your venue. We may improve, change or remove features from time to time.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us at team@slidelobster.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• display content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• display content that violates the terms of any third-party integration (for example Meta or Google policies);
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of everything you upload or connect (images, text, social posts, calendar events — "Your Content"). You grant SlideLobster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, transmit and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your displays.

You warrant that you have all rights necessary to use and display Your Content, including any Instagram media you connect via Instagram Business Login.

The Service integrates with third parties including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Sign-In and Calendar), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the relevant third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services.

• SlideLobster offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current pricing is shown at slidelobster.com/pricing.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which we may add where required.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain paid features through the end of the current billing period.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, the licences in Section 6 end and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideLobster's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold SlideLobster harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are based.
