User Data Deletion Instructions

If you only want to disconnect one service (and keep your SlideLobster account):

1. Sign in to SlideLobster and go to Account.
2. Find the integration (e.g. Instagram) and click Disconnect.
3. We immediately revoke our access token and delete the cached content we received from that service (Instagram media, calendar events, etc.).

1. From the email address registered to your account, email team@slidelobster.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it's done.

When your account is deleted we remove:

• Your profile, email and authentication data;
• All displays, slides, widgets, uploads and vanity URLs;
• All Instagram, Facebook and Google tokens and any cached media or calendar events;
• Pairing sessions and display history.

We retain anonymised billing records (no personal profile data) for up to 6 years in order to comply with UK tax and accounting law.

You can also remove SlideLobster's access from the provider's settings — this revokes our token immediately. Do this in addition to (or instead of) the steps above:

• Facebook / Instagram: Go to facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, find SlideLobster, and click Remove.
• Google: Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find SlideLobster, and click Remove Access.

Revoking access at the provider stops us from fetching new data, but cached items already on our servers are only deleted when you disconnect the integration in SlideLobster (Option A) or delete your account (Option B).
