Weather widget setup

Picking a city

Open the weather widget config panel. Start typing your city name in the Location search — pick the matching result from the dropdown. The widget will store the latitude and longitude so forecasts stay accurate even if cities share a name.

Units

Toggle between °C / km/h and °F / mph.

Refresh rate

We refresh forecasts every 15 minutes from open-source providers — no API key required.

Troubleshooting

If the widget says "Weather unavailable", the upstream provider is temporarily down. It usually recovers within a few minutes; the widget will retry automatically.
