Billing

Invoices, receipts and refunds

Where to find invoices and our refund policy.

Invoices

Go to Account → Billing → Manage subscription. The Stripe customer portal opens, where you can:

  • Download every past invoice as a PDF
  • Update your card or billing address
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Cancel your subscription

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law (see our Terms of Service). If you were charged in error, contact us via the Help Center contact form and we'll sort it out.
